All papers must be original and unpublished, and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere concurrently. All accepted full papers will be published in SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X), which will be submitted for indexing by Ei Compendex, Scopus.
Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere.
